The Dexter Public House is one of the announced tenants at the highly anticipated 83 Marketplace in Peoria. The concept is brought to us by Jeremiah and Deena Gracia, who own Revolu Modern Taqueria + Bar down the road. Jeremiah confirms that The Dexter will open sometime next summer.
The Dexter Public House will have a scratch kitchen serving a menu of “New American” fare and creative cocktails, according to their website. We are likely to expect brunch staples, grazing boards, small bites, fishbowl cocktails and mimosa flights to accommodate any hour of the day.
The space is a modern, urban neighborhood hangout that will be open for all-day brunch, happy hour, and dinner. They will have an open patio space and a beautiful interior designed with the help of House of Form.
We’re sure that more details will emerge as it gets closer to opening, but until then the space is still currently being developed. Opening at 8265 W. Happy Valley Road, this is one of the latest tenants to make it on What Now Phoenix’s radar after Bourbon & Bones.
