Fratelli la Bufala is coming soon to Scottsdale! According to a recently issued liquor license found in state public records, the Italian pizza franchise is opening its second U.S. location at 7300 N. Via Paseo Del Sur in Scottsdale.

Franchisee Fabio Sodano owns the restaurant’s first upcoming location in Arizona. He tells What Now Phoenix that the restaurant is still currently under construction. The project has been in progress for many months due to supply chain delays but Sondano says that he hopes to finally open by March

Fratelli la Bufala specializes in Neopolitan pizza, also known as Naples-style pizza, that is cooked in a wood-fired oven. The franchise originated in Italy and has numerous locations throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Their only U.S. location is currently in Miami, but all of that is about to change once this brand new Scottsdale outpost is up and running. For more information, visit their website and keep an eye on this address for further developments.
