Sun City folks better get their appetites ready! King Red Crawfish & Pho is coming soon to 9803 W. Bell Road. What Now Phoenix has obtained real estate intel revealing that the restaurant has finalized a lease for a 6,660 square-foot restaurant space on the southeast corner of Bell Road and 99th Avenue.

King Red Crawfish & Pho comes from southern California, where there are locations in Monterey Park and Murrieta. Owner Dinh Ngo told What Now Phoenix this week that he is excited to open King Red’s third location in Arizona this spring

“We have family and friends who live out in this area, plus it is a nice place to retire,” Ngo said. “We decided to bring this concept to Arizona, since it is something the whole family can enjoy.”

King Red Crawfish & Pho specializes in Cajun seafood boils and traditional Vietnamese pho and appetizers. Ngo says that he plans to offer a bigger menu at this new location in Sun City. At the moment, he is working with local contractors to finish build-out on the space. Stay tuned.
