The Brass Tap Craft Beer Bar, with 60 selections on tap and over 200 imports and local beers, is going to be one of Verde at Cooley Station’s most popular tenants. As of late March, metal framework for The Brass Tap’s brick-and-mortar has gone up, showing that progress is being made on one of Gilbert’s most highly anticipated retail developments.

Owners for The Brass Tap’s Verde location told What Now Phoenix this week that they expect to finally open in September. At that point, we’ll be getting ready for all the frosty brews and delicious food that our bellies can handle. This location has already been concocting some delicious recipes, such as a Blackberry Farm grilled cheese and Brisket Tacos

In addition to the vast selection of craft beers on hand, The Brass Tap also offers wines and spirits. While this Brass Tap location expects to open in the fall, we’ll be waiting with bated breath until they make a formal announcement.

Verde at Cooley Station was expected to open last year, but is only now under construction. The Brass Tap joins other establishments such as Crust, FROSTAiLS, and Vitality Bowls in a list of businesses that have seen numerous delays due to slow-moving advancements at this mixed-use development.
