A new coffee shop called Little Jupiter Cafe is under construction at 876 N. McQueen Road at the McQueen & Guadalupe shopping center in Gilbert. This is the first coffee shop venture for owners Adam and Kayci Marquez. Adam tells What Now Phoenix that Little Jupiter Cafe should be ready to debut this summer if all goes according to plan.
Having been a home brewers and bakers for years, Adam and Kayci have long been plotting their own cafe. At the start, they plan to source his beans from local roasters and a select few from California. The coffee menu will be complemented by a selection of fresh pastries, sourced locally and baked in-house.
After these final stages of development are complete, finishing touches will be added in anticipation of opening by July at the latest. Little Jupiter Cafe will be a cozy community space that will be perfect for getting your work done outside of the office and your home.
