Dutch Bros Coffee continues to expand its footprint across the Valley, opening a new location at the southwest corner of Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Yearling Rd.

The company recently proposed this new location across from Restore Lake Pleasant and Ohm Fitness, according to UpperWestSidePHX. It’s unclear exactly when this new Dutch Bros will open, considering the company is awaiting approval. This is just one of many new businesses coming to either Lake Pleasant Towne Center or Shops at Lake Pleasant; both are located at the northwest corner of Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Happy Valley Road.

Also coming to the area is a new Mr. Pickles Sandwich Shop, which is set to open in the new building north of Lakeside Bar & Grill. Next to that will be a new Credit Union West. Near the proposed Dutch Bros is a Salad and Go, which recently filed permits to build a new location south of the incoming coffee chain. South of Salad and Go, HonorHealth has filed permits for a new location. Finally, other proposed businesses for the area include Christian Brothers Automotive, which filed for permits to build a new location just east of Wendy’s. Take 5 Oil Change proposes a new location north of Panera along Lake Pleasant Parkway.

While the area is seeing a massive influx of new businesses, a handful have already opened or are getting very close. Boot Barn recently opened next to Michael and Five Below, while In-N-Out is about to officially open its doors, although an exact opening date has yet to be shared. There are rumors that In-N-Out will open this new location by the end of the month, although this has not been confirmed. These new businesses will do great in this area, especially considering a new 4-story, 103-room Hilton Homee2Suites has been proposed a mile north of all of this. The company recently filed permits to open the hotel at Lake Pleasant Pkwy & Jomax Rd.
