Quickly becoming a major drinking and dining destination, Saint Francisville is set to receive another impressive edition with the opening of Bayou Sara Brewing — a brewpub and brewing operation at 11943 Ferdinand St. According to reports, the brewpub will open in late spring or summer.

When it opens, Bayou Sara Brewing will offer about a dozen beers on tap, featuring popular beer styles like New England IPA, citrus wheat, pale ale, pilsner, and West Coast IPA. Owners also plan to serve a range of classic pub fare, including sandwiches, salads and chicken fingers.

The new brewpub will be located in the middle of Saint Francisville, in a former Ford dealership. Owners are currently renovating the space to create a family-friendly, community hub. Customers will be able to enjoy table seating, relax at a bar, lounge on an outdoor patio, and play yard games like cornhole.
