According to recent public records, a new bagel establishment is coming to Cedar Park.
Bagel Bear will be built out at 12301 W Parmer Lane starting in late February with completion projected for mid-April, according to estimates. Costing an estimated $150,000, the 2,100 SF job will consist of building out “Tenant Interiors food service facility to serve bagels. Includes bakery, prep area, serving area, dining and two restrooms.”
What Now Austin reached out to owner Manju Babu to inquire about the restaurant, but she was not immediately available.

Community Impact reports that they will serve “New York-style bagels with cream cheese as well as coffee, teas and smoothies” and make its dough on-site, “with options ranging from za’atar and curry-spiced bagels to classic offerings.”
