Renovations Taking Place at Bean Sprouts Café

Bean Sprouts Café, located at the Discovery Cube, is undergoing renovations, according to county data. The food service business has filed permits for a project at the 2500 N Main St. facility. 

According to records from the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division, a remodel between 101 and 1,000 square feet is happening in that area of the museum. Plans were initially filed in August and were finally approved this week.  

Bean Sprouts is a nationally recognized café chain known for its commitment to delicious, healthy food. With locations in prominent family destinations, such as science centers and museums, Bean Sprouts caters to diverse dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options.

The Discovery Science Center, now known as Discovery Cube, is a science museum in Santa Ana featuring over 100 hands-on science exhibits that inspire curiosity and learning. A signature feature of the center is its iconic ten-story solar array cube, which is a recognizable landmark visible from Interstate 5.
