The Wetzel’s Pretzels at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon will be undergoing some construction, project documents show. Situated at 48400 Seminole Drive, Suite 1110, the location is set to have undisclosed work done.
This outpost is located by Blaze Pizza and the Armani Outlet within the shopping complex, which is is home to California’s largest collection of luxury outlet stores. The center features over 180 designer brands such as Gucci, Prada, Burberry, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
It will occupy 451 square feet of functional retail space, and be staffed by two employees. Regular store hours will run Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Desert Hills location is part of Sai Hossain’s growing portfolio of Wetzel’s Pretzels outlets. Hossain, a seasoned franchisee and entrepreneur, currently owns 42 Wetzel’s locations across Southern California and was recognized as a “Franchisee of the Year” by the International Franchise Association in 2023.
