A new specialty coffee shop is coming to 700 S Euclid Street in Anaheim, records show. Que Bonito Coffee filed plans with the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division this week for a new construction project under 2,000 square feet.

Documents state that Que Bonito Coffee plans to operate on Mondays and Wednesdays to Fridays from 6 AM to 4 PM, and from 7 AM – 5 PM on weekends. The coffee shop will operate with a team of three to six employees.

Owned by Kelly S. Rocha, Que Bonito will serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as fresh pastries from local bakers, light snacks, and affogatos with ice cream from Tocumbo. It will have an outdoor patio space with a picnic table and a built-in counter with six seats.

To help with the impact on the environment, the company will work hard on sustainability efforts. All drinks served in-store will be in reusable ceramic cups, while to-go orders will be served in reusable glass jars. Used coffee grounds will also be donated to local farmers and customers for gardening.
