Breezy, located at 31761 Camino Capistrano, Suite 4 in San Juan Capistrano, is undergoing an exciting transformation. The establishment has filed plans with the county for a construction project to expand the space, records show.

Owner Jasmin Gonzalez told What Now OC they wlll be almost doubling the size of the establishment and increasing inside seating from 40 to 80, as well as space for 30 diners outside. A new bar and Filipino/Hawaiian bakery will also be added.

The renovation details are captured in records from the Orange County Health Care Agency, with files submitted in mid-December. Gonzalez said other details are not being shared with the public yet.

Breezy has become a beloved spot in the community, gaining attention for its Instagram-friendly decor, pink-hued walls, and quirky murals. The eatery offers a variety of delicious dishes, from eggs, burritos, and French toast to acais bowls, avocado toast, and ube pancakes.
