In-N-Out Burger is bringing its signature Double-Doubles and animal-style fries to a second location in Indio. A new restaurant will be located at The Palms shopping center on the north side of Interstate 10, near the intersection of Monroe Street and Avenue 42, Desert Sun reports.

The new location will complement the existing In-N-Out on Highway 111, situated just 2.5 miles to the south, making Indio the only city in the valley with two In-N-Out locations. At nearly 4,000 square feet, this standalone building will join an upcoming Raising Cane’s, Sumo Dog, and Salad and Go.

These establishments will join existing businesses like Walmart, Starbucks, and T-Mobile at The Palms shopping center. The complex offers high visibility from Interstate 10, which sees over 27 million cars pass annually, making it a prime spot for new development.

In-N-Out is a legendary American fast-food chain known for its fresh ingredients and a simple menu featuring burgers, fries, and shakes. Founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, the chain has remained family-owned and grown to over 415 locations across seven states.
