According to recent reporting in Orlando Business Journal, local Cuban-inspired eatery and cocktail bar Otto’s High Dive will join Orlando International Aiport’s revamped food & beverage selection, highlighting stars in the city’s culinary scene.

“These are significant investments we are making at Orlando International Airport, and they really go to the heart of what we are about: creating timeless experiences for our guests who visit from around the world and here in Central Florida,” CEO Kevin Thibault said in a news release.

“We are using emerging technologies to create seamless arrival to MCO with the new parking guidance system. Once visitors are here, they will be able to find unique and enjoyable restaurants and stores that are designed with passengers in mind.”

“At Ottos you will find refined Cuban inspired cocktails, Florida fare, worldly rums and wonderful local service. The broad menu gives guests plenty to choose from, ranging from refreshing shaken cocktails to rich stirred sippers,” the official website states.

“The cocktail focus is paired with an equally uncompromising espresso focused coffee program. You’ll find these two elements intermixed throughout the menu.”

No opening date has been announced.
