According to recent reporting in Gotta Go Orlando, local brand Jeff’s Bagel Run will soon expand into The Villages. The location will be run by Rob and Teresa Shuffield.

“I’ve spent over two decades in the food franchise industry, and during that time, I’ve come across many concepts,” said Shuffield to the publication.

“But when a friend introduced me to Jeff’s Bagel Run, I instantly knew this was something special. The quality of the product, the brand’s vision, and the sense of community i fosters made it clear that I wanted to be part of this exciting growth.”

The fast-casual bagel shop’s impressive expansion comes on the heels of their partnership with 1337 Capital. Since then Jeff’s Bagel Run’s ambitions have skyrocketed.

“Our goal this year was to get to 10,” Justin Wetherill of 1337 Capital recently said.

“Construction and permits took a bit longer than we wanted. Realistically, we will finish this year with five. Next year, we hope to open 25, and those will include our first stores out of Orlando. We are looking for leases outside of the area, and a lot of the 25 will come outside of Orlando.”
