According to recent public records, a new independent establishment is coming to 4434 Hoffner Ave in Orlando.
“We’ll be a Mediterranean Latin fusion within a restaurant-lounge concept,” owner of Mazal Latin Fusion Michael Ruiz tells What Now Orlando.
When asked whether there are plans for expansion, Ruiz does affirm, though plans are prospective and in early stages.
“Probably next year we’ll expand in Florida, maybe in Tampa. We’ll see.”
So, when will Mazal open?
“We’ll have our grand opening in about a month,” he says, adding that a soft-opening is set for January 24.”
