The community of restaurants located on South Rainbow Boulevard between Mardon Avenue and West Warm Springs Road will soon be home to Hencredible, a brand new chicken concept making its debut in Las Vegas.

Details are still scarce about Hencredible, but a recent hiring post on Craigslist described the brand as “a new fast-casual concept serving artisan spicy fried chicken sandwiches with a fusion of Asian and American flavors.” The post has since been taken down.

All that sounds pretty good to us. What Now reached out to co-owner Charles Kim last week to inquire about plans for Hencredible. Kim confirmed news of the opening.

“We’re a new concept,” Kim said, declining to share details just yet. “We have a lot of things still to be developed.”

It’s too early, in other words, to reveal anything more about Hencredible just yet, but keep your eyes open for more details as the brand gets closer to its debut.
