According to recent public records, a new Margarita Island Mexican Kitchen and Bar is coming to Rockledge–with plans to expand. The newest location will be found at 5360 Stadium Pkwy.
“It’ll be our third location,” owner Elizabeth Oliveros Sanchez tells What Now Orlando.
“It’ll be exactly the same as the previous locations,” she says. “The same drinks, the same food.”
Sanchez hopes for a Mid-February opening, though it seems there are further plans down the line.
“Yeah, we’re thinking about expanding to future locations,” she says, though no specifics have been announced.
“Unique flavor, fresh and beachy atmosphere, the joy and hospitality of the people of Mexico is what we wanted to bring to Florida, a 100% family atmosphere, a modern touch, but without losing the identity and the Mexican flavor,” the official website states.
“With us you can savor the best Mexican flavors from a fresh guacamole to an excellent cut of meat, as well as the best margaritas and cocktails in the region.”
