According to recent public records, a new independent establishment is coming to Cocoa Beach.
The Shack, run by Jose Antonio Velasquez, will be found at 29 North Orlando Avenue, near establishments such as Acai Express and Rebellion Beachside Bar & Bistro.
What Now Orlando reached out to Mr. Velasquez to get the latest on the upcoming development, but he was not immediately available for comment.
Apart from the sparse information available on the entity’s business registry filing, very little information is publicly available; no social media or other reportage seems to exist on The Shack.
