9er’s Grill is gearing up for expansion with a new location coming to 6430 Sansbury Blvd, Richmond, TX 77469, confirmed by COO Rommy Qattom.

According to the permit, the project is estimated to cost $1.5 million for a 6,644-square-foot restaurant and will be a new construction on vacant land. This expansion proves the current success of 9er’s Grill, who will soon enough be providing more access to its popular burgers, sandwiches, and homestyle comfort food to Richmond residents.

“This location will be the 7th location of the 9er’s Grill brand, and that the 9er’s Grill also has a sister concept called 9er’s BBQ as well,” Qattom told What Now Houston. He also mentioned this will be the first 9er’s Grill to have a drive-thru option for those who are on the go.

The project is set to begin in May 2025, with a projected completion date in December 2025. This signals at the earliest a potential grand opening by the end of the year, just in time to catch the holiday shopper crowds.
