Momofuku Las Vegas, nestled inside The Cosmopolitan, is turning up the heat this season with the introduction of two exciting culinary experiences under the direction of Executive Chef James Bailey. Guests can now indulge in a creative weekend brunch or celebrate love with a decadent Valentine’s Day tasting menu.

Brunch at Momofuku Las Vegas

Momofuku Las Vegas recently unveiled a new brunch menu available from 10 AM to 3 PM. This menu reimagines brunch classics with the restaurant’s signature bold flavors. Diners can dig into the Fried Chicken & Kimchi Waffles, served with a fried egg, scallion, and sesame, offering a spicy twist on a beloved staple. For those seeking a hearty option, the Brekky Buns combine savory sausage, a crispy hash brown, and a perfectly fried egg.

Meat lovers will appreciate the Wagyu Steak and Eggs, accompanied by tamagoyaki, crispy potatoes, and chimichurri, while those with a sweet tooth can indulge in Corn Pancakes topped with mascarpone, shortbread, and muscovado syrup. The menu also features a selection of fresh raw bar options. Highlights include the Shrimp Cocktail, paired with cocktail sauce, yuzu mayo, and citrus; Bigeye Tuna adorned with shaved foie gras, seasonal fruit, and pine nuts; and Temaki build-your-own handrolls, featuring market seafood, assorted sauces, furikake, cucumbers, avocados, sushi rice, and nori—perfect for sharing among three to four people.

Valentine’s Day ‘Love Bites’ Tasting Menu

For those looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day in style, Momofuku Las Vegas is offering a four-course “Love Bites” tasting menu priced at $175 per person. The evening includes a “Sake to My Heart” beverage pairing, designed to perfectly complement each dish.

The culinary journey begins with a choice between Kanpachi Crudo, enhanced with chili jam, lime caviar, and fish sauce, or Bigeye Tuna topped with shaved foie gras, seasonal fruit, and pine nuts. Both options are paired with Momofuku Private Label akitabare honjozo sake.

For the second course, diners can select Fried Chicken accompanied by crème fraîche and caviar, or indulge in Truffle Ramen, featuring black truffle and egg yolk. This course is paired with Countless Visions Manotsuru Nigori sake.

The third course offers a selection of Candied Walnut Lobster and Shrimp, served with yuzu mayo, condensed milk, and scallions, or Grilled Iberico Pork, accompanied by rice, kimchi, ssäm sauce, and ginger scallion sauce. This course is paired with SOTO Junmai Daiginjo sake.

To conclude the evening, guests can delight in a Luxardo Cherry and Chocolate Ice Cream Pop, drizzled with Japanese whiskey caramel, or savor Leche Flan with strawberry shortbread. The dessert course is paired with Amaro Nonino, offering the perfect sweet finish to an unforgettable evening.

With these new offerings, Momofuku Las Vegas continues to push culinary boundaries, making it a must-visit destination for both locals and visitors alike.
