JING Hospitality Management Group, the parent company of JING and Little Ollies, is getting ready to open a new location of the former in North Scottsdale.
Architectural designer Cory Wiebers recently announced on social media that the company is working on a brand new location in North Scottsdale, which is currently under construction. It’s unclear when this location is expected to open, but the JING Hospitality Management Group website lists this site as opening sometime in 2025. This will be the company’s fourth location of JING, following sites in Las Vegas, Denver, and Aspen.
JING Restaurant offers award-winning global fusion cuisine with a focus on prime steaks, sushi, and seafood made from locally sourced, organic ingredients. The chic dining atmosphere features striking fire and water elements, creating an exceptional experience. The menu includes house-made dim sum, king crab tempura, Hamachi sashimi, wagyu hot rock for sharing, and wok-fired favorites with fresh chicken, beef tenderloin, and seasonal vegetables. While it’s unclear when JING is expected to open, it’s guaranteed to be one of the hottest dining destinations in the valley once it does.
“At Jing Hospitality Group, our mission is to craft unforgettable dining and nightlife experiences through the harmonious blend of innovative globally inspired culinary artistry, sophisticated design, and energetic ambiance,” according to the restaurant group’s website. “Our passion lies in balancing the principles of chi in our designs and infusing every moment with a celebration of taste and style. At JING HMG, we support and nurture the dreams of our visionary partners through our bespoke hospitality services and by elevating brands to new heights with a focus on excellence.”
