A new fast-casual eatery is headed to Memphis.
RockHouse Express, a drive-thru-only variation of the popular RockHouse Live concept, is coming to 1353 Airways Blvd. The eatery will feature a streamlined menu and quick service tailored to the fast-casual dining experience.
Established in Dallas, Texas in 2006, RockHouse Live today operates three Memphis-area locations and two in Florida.
The restaurant is known for its blend of nightly entertainment and a full menu of “reasonably priced food,” offering lunch, dinner, and late-night options. Many dishes are crafted from recipes developed by founder Zach Bair over more than a decade.
RockHouse Express will serve fan favorites like the Legendary RockHouse Burger, Exotic Chicken Sandwich, and RockHouse Live Wings, as well as fresh options designed to enhance its drive-thru-only concept.
Bair told What Now Memphis that RockHouse Express is slated to open in late Q1 2025.
