A new spot for New York-style Mediterranean cuisine is set to open in Olive Branch.
According to the eatery’s Google Business page, Halal Boyz will debut at 11201 Goodman Rd, Suite 400, bringing an array of fast-casual halal street food options to the area.
The menu will feature favorites like gyro, chicken, shawarma, and falafel, served over rice or wrapped in pita bread. The restaurant’s website also lists offerings such as chicken nuggets, masala fries, vegetable samosas, and desserts.
The owner, Hector, expressed his enthusiasm about the opening in an Olive Branch Facebook page: “Hi, I’m Hector, a proud US Army veteran, and I’m thrilled to announce that I’m opening Halal Boyz soon in Olive Branch, MS,” he wrote. “As a veteran, I’ve learned the value of hard work, dedication, and service, and I’m bringing that same passion to the kitchen. I can’t wait to share my love for great food with the Olive Branch community.”
