A group of Mexican restaurants specializing in nachos and fajitas is planning its sixth location.

Mississippi-based El Veracruz will soon take over the former Oriental Noodle space at 4816 Navy Rd in Millington. The chain currently operates four locations in Mississippi—Booneville, Corinth, Tupelo, and Starkville—as well as one in Middleton, Tennessee.

Owner and restaurateur Juan Delgado already has 12 eateries under his belt. He told What Now Memphis that the Millington El Veracruz will feature the brand’s signature loaded nachos and inventive fajitas, including favorites like BBQ Nachos and Fajita Spaghetti. In addition to these specialties, the menu will offer classic Mexican dishes such as tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and seafood.

Delgado is currently awaiting a liquor license and will announce a grand opening date once it’s approved.
