Wrigley Field’s DraftKings Sportsbook Features Jim Beam Bar Concept

The new $100 million development aims to open before the 2023 season

DraftKing’s brand new sport-betting center called Sportsbook is making its way to Wrigley Field, located at 1060 W Addison St.

The new $100 million development will feature 22,350-square-foot of space for up to 1,000 people. Guests can expect a massive 2,000-square-foot video screen with a scrolling ticker displaying odds, scores, and player information. The new space will also feature a Jim Beam-branded bar concept serving American-style food, operated by Levy Restaurants. The Chicago Cubs, partnered with DraftKings, hopes to open the new space in early 2023, hopefully before the start of next year’s baseball season.

Last month the two parent companies joined forces for an official beam signing, signaling the project is moving forward on schedule. The Cubs and DraftKings signed the deal in 2020, but construction from Pepper Construction with Marquee Development has taken much greater strides this year. The upcoming two-story facility will occupy the corner of Addison and Sheffield at the former home of the Captain Morgan Club.
