Rock & Brews, a restaurant “where classic rock meets the craft beer revolution,” is opening in Grapevine. The latest addition to the brand will be located at 440 W. State Highway 114 in Grapevine and could open in late spring of 2023, according to a state project filing.

Rock & Brews is a concept created by concert tour manager, Dave Furano, his brother Dell Furano, restaurateur Michael Zislis, and KISS frontmen Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. The five were enjoying a few brews after a KISS concert in 2010, and Dave Furano questioned, “What’s better than rock and brews?” And, the restaurant concept was born, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page.

Rock & Brews offers quality comfort food in a family-friendly environment. The menu includes scratch fare such as “Opening Acts” of a Giant Soft Authentic Bavarian Pretzel, Chicken Quesadilla, and Roasted Bruschetta. A variety of flavorful craft burgers, wings, salads, pizzas, and more are featured on the menu. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and low-calorie options are also available. Local brews are on tap, as well as traditional favorites.

The “Great Wall of Rock” pays tribute to legendary rock icons, and projection screens broadcast rock concerts for diners to enjoy, according to the Rock & Brews website.

Rock & Brews now has a number of locations in California and Florida, plus one in The Colony. Others are opening soon in Las Vegas and San Antonio.
