Love Life (and Pizza), a Dallas-Fort Worth-area pizza and specialty-food business, is preparing for a new location in Addison, according to a recently filed project with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The proposed project is listed at 15080 Beltway Drive, Addison, TX 75001, within Addison Park Place. The filing, registered October 26, 2026, identifies a 2,572-square-foot tenant improvement with an estimated construction cost of $150,000.

Construction is scheduled to begin November 2, 2026, with an estimated completion date of February 1, 2027. The project is privately funded, with the tenant providing the funds. However, these dates represent the construction schedule and do not establish a confirmed public opening date.

Love Life (and Pizza) is led by Clara Cavalli-Chiappardi, an Italian-American chef, entrepreneur, and experienced restaurateur. According to her company biography, she previously owned Cavalli Pizza in Dallas and Brick + Wood in Connecticut before returning to Texas.

The business currently offers wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza through its mobile pizza truck and catering services across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Its pizzas are prepared using dough fermented for 48 to 72 hours and baked in an Italian-imported wood-fired oven. The company highlights ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes, housemade mozzarella, imported Italian products, and locally sourced produce and meats.

Gluten-free options are also an important part of the business. Its offerings include handmade gluten-free sourdough, New York-style and thin-crust pizza doughs, alongside a selection of gluten-free baked goods and other specialty foods available through its online marketplace.

The Addison project could give the business a new physical presence in the area, although the company has not yet publicly detailed whether the space will operate as a traditional restaurant, pickup location, production kitchen, or another concept. Additional information about the planned location, menu, operating hours, and opening date has not been announced.

WhatNow will continue to follow the project and update this article as more information becomes available, including details about the restaurant’s concept, menu, and anticipated opening date.
