A father and daughter duo is opening Great Harvest Bread Co. in Weatherford. Co-owner Natalie Bradford told What Now Dallas she and her father, Brett Bradford, hope to open to the public by the end of 2022 depending on permitting and equipment.

Natalie said they are still working to finalize the menu but will offer scratch-made cookies, brownies, scones, sandwiches, seasonal breads, and more. “We’ll have our honey whole wheat, our white bread, our cinnamon chip.” They’ll have menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

“I have a passion for baking.” Natalie said she was initially thinking about attending culinary school and that her father was looking for a new career. So, they decided to pursue their dream and open Great Harvest Bread Co. “I’m excited about the bakery side but also the business side and how to run a business well,” Natalie shared.

Natalie and her father recently completed a three-week training course at the Great Harvest franchise headquarters in Montana where they learned about the breads, the business, and how to be customer and community-oriented.

Great Harvest Bread Co. will be located in a 3,000-square-foot space at 1115 Fort Worth Hwy, Ste. 100 in Weatherford. “We’re excited to be serving our community and get the bakery up and going.”
