El Molino Mexican Restaurant will open at 6818 Snider Plaza in Dallas sometime this fall according to Dallas News. It will join the other shops and restaurants in Snider Plaza near Southern Methodist University.
The concept is from Vandelay Hospitality, the group behind Hudson House, Drake’s Hollywood, DL Mack’s, Brentwood, Anchor Sushibar, Jack & Harry’s, Slider and Blues, Bar Sardine, East Hampton Sandwich Co. and more.
VHG has operated for over 10 years with the goal of inspiring “the dream of a better life through quality, authenticity and timeless style.” The company is involved in the details, design, menu, and even music that goes into each concept.
