According to public records, a yet-to-be-named coffee shop is being planned off Highway 162 in Hollywood. The owner confirmed that the concept recently received approval from the city but is still in early development phases.
Per the outlined plans, “The proposed use of the property would be a coffee shop along with the sale of limited consignment items. The business would be open to the public for social activity and meetings.”
The owner also stated that she “intends to maintain the rural character of the community.”
