What better way to eat than to sit in front of a conveyor belt of food, being able to eye all the options, before picking and choosing what looks good? The Denver-based sushi restaurant Sushi-Rama known for serving sushi through a conveyor belt is gearing up to open a new location in the Arista Broomfield.
This will be the fifth location for Chef Jeff Osaka, the James Beard award nominated chef, Culinary Director and Owner of Sushi-Rama, Osaka Ramen and The Empire Lounge and Restaurant. Sushi-Rama has other locations in RiNo, DTC, Lone Tree and Aurora.
“I have been shopping the north market for some time and I feel that Arista is the best place for our fifth Sushi-Rama location,” said Chef Jeff Osaka in a press release today. Arista is located on Arista Pl in Broomfield, strategically between Denver and Boulder, which makes it a great location for those in transit or looking for a place to go in between.
Sushi-Rama serves “Kaiten sushi” which according to Sushi-Rama’s website: “quite literally means “sushi go round!” It’s a popular Japanese way of dining that puts food on an actual conveyor belt that moves sushi all around the restaurant.” You can check out their menu options here.
