Denver’s “spicylicious” Blazing Bird has secured a new lease for a second location, this time in Fort Collins, according to real estate data obtained Friday by What Now Denver.
The leasing period for the incoming location at 1820 N College Avenue in the Fort Collins Submarket is set to start in August 2021 and last for 10 years from there, the intel shows.
Although What Now Denver reached out to both the leasing representative and the owner, Artem A. Muradyan, we were unable to reach either for confirmation on an official opening timeline.
The Blazing Bird is a Nashville-inspired restaurant that, according to their website, “Brings the Nashville heat to Colorado.” Their sauces range from the no-spice original all the way to flavors so hot, “you may be tempted to dial the fire department.” Its existing location is in Arvada, at 2368 W 64th Ave #12.
Hopefully Fort Collins is just as ready for the heat.
