Snarf’s Sandwiches has come a long way since its original opening in Boulder, Colorado. Back in 1996, the owner, Jim Seidell, found himself on a hunt for the world’s finest sandwiches, and took it upon himself to create them. With that, he created this family-owned business that has since spread across Colorado and even made its way into Austin, Texas and St. Louis, Missouri.

What started as a passion steadily grew into a small chain that’s grown at a steady rate over the last 25 years. Now, they’re looking to open up another location on 125 Adams Street in Cherry Creek.

“This will be our 26th store,” Seidell told What Now Denver. “We’re also in the works of building another five.”

Winning Boulder Weekly’s “Best Sandwich, Best Takeout, and Best Delivery” for three years in a row certainly doesn’t hurt the company’s growth. Actor Jared Padalecki of Supernatural fame is even said to frequent the Austin location.

What makes these sandwiches so amazing? According to the website, it probably has to do with the “fresh-baked bread, premium carved meats, cheeses sliced right off the block, and daily fresh vegetable selection.”

Snarf’s is taking place of what used to be Buttercream Bakeshop in the same unit. According to a building permit application filed this week with the City of Denver, the renovation will include the existing space as well as the adjacent one with updated mechanical and electrical systems

They hope to be open by November 2021.
