It appears as though Denver is gaining another Corner Bakery Café location. There’s no word on when the bakery might open, but according to City of Denver permitting information, the newest Colorado spot will be located at 5680 Tower Rd.
Corner Bakery Café has four locations in Colorado—two in Denver, one in Centennial, and one in Highlands Ranch. The newest location on Tower Rd. will need new lighting and a kitchen upgrade with new hoods and exhaust fans. According to city permitting information, exterior work would include a new patio enclosure.
The breakfast menu is extensive with pancakes, Scramblers, breakfast sandwiches and wraps, oatmeal, and more. The menu offers a variety of sandwiches made with artisan breads, soups, pastas, and salads. And don’t forget dessert. Freshly-made sweets include brownies, cookies, cakes, and bars.
Corner Bakery Café first opened in Chicago in the early ‘90s and was acquired by Pandya Restaurant Growth Brands, LLC, a subsidiary of the Rohan Group of Companies in 2020.
