The new Arvada food hall, Freedom Street Social, is expected to open in late July. The food hall was initially to open this past spring. It will feature multiple restaurant concepts at 15177 Candelas Pkwy., Arvada, CO 80007.
Osito is one of those restaurant concepts that will serve Freedom Street Social guests. The Culinary Creative Group partner and executive chef Blake Edmunds is behind the Osito concept.
The Freedom Street Social website states, “Osito’s cozy yet energetic atmosphere features flavorful Latin cuisine paired expertly with classic Latin cocktails.” The menu features cebiche and smoked meat tacos.
Freedom Street Social will be a communal space for the community to gather and share some food and conversation. Other restaurant concepts planned for the space include Giordano’s with its deep-dish pizza, Johnny Good Burger, and Pressed Coffee & Vinyl.
Freedom Street Social will sell merchandise, as well, including hoodies, t-shirts, hats, and more.
