An exciting coffee shop and specialty store is coming to the Platt Park neighborhood. Lavender Coffee Boutique is under construction and will be open this fall, owner Lindsey Sozio told What Now Denver. It is located at 1219 S. Pearl St.

The business will have a beverage bar that sells regular and “CBD-infused coffee drinks, teas, beverages, and local artisan pastries/light bites” and a retail component featuring a “curated collection of CBD and wellness products across several categories including coffee and tea, wellness, skincare, body care, fitness, and sleep,” Sozio said.

According to The Denver Post, the beans used at Lavender Coffee Boutique are from Costa Rica and Peru and are infused with CBD. It gives a more calming effect to the caffeinated drink.

The space where the shop will be going in is off Buchtel Blvd. in north Platt Park. It is a 1,300-square-foot property that was formerly Floral Expressions Gourmet Goodies.
