A popular urban winery in RiNo has a second spot in the works in Superior. Bigsby’s Folly Craft Winery is constructing a new build property at the intersection of Marshall Rd and Crk Vw Wy in the booming downtown area, Business Den reports.

The Mayor of Superior’s website recently announced that the business was approved for a sales tax incentive. The deal for the site, next to the newly developed Superior Commons park, has not yet closed but is expected to next year.

Plans for construction include a 7,0000-square-foot building, with a rooftop patio, full kitchen, and event space. Bigsby’s Folly’s original location is very popular, not only as a watering hole but also as an event center, hosting over 300 private occasions each year.

The owners told Business Den that they anticipate spending around $6.5 million altogether on the new location. Coburn Architects, PG Arnold Construction, and Xan Creative are working with Bigsby’s Folly on the project.
