The Littleton location of Chick-fil-A has renovation plans, city records reveal. The company filed plans this week to do some construction work and changes at the 7301 S Santa Fe Drive site.

Documents show that the restaurant received authorization to apply for permits from the property landlord, Aspen GRF2, LLC. The location is in the Aspen Grove shopping center.

Sr. Project Manager submitted documents detailing that the proposed scope of the project is to “add a 2nd drive-thru lane to the existing single lane drive-thru along with necessary modifications to curbing and landscaping…also remove the existing trellis and replace with dual lane canopy.”

The location will remain open for business during construction efforts, the records state. Chick-fil-A Aspen Grove is owned by franchisee Lauren Plain, who also owns the C470 & Kipling store.
