One of the newest developments at The Shops at Northfield is a Bowlero entertainment center and bowling alley. The concept is coming to the mall, taking over a large property at 7950 Northfield Blvd., Central Park Scoop reports.
The 33,879-square-foot shell used to host GameWorks Denver. It is located next to Target and Bass Pro Shops, and the center is right at the junction of I-70 and I-270. According to Construction Journal, the estimated value of the project is just under $2 million.
Bowlero Corp. is the largest bowling business on the planet, with 345 alleys in 36 states. Each center has bowling lanes, billiards, event spaces, and a food and drink menu. The business recently acquired all Lucky Strike centers as well.
The Shops at Northfield is an open-air retail plaza that hosts over 80 shops and eateries. Also listed as “coming soon” on the mall’s website are P.F. Chang’s, lululemon, and Sephora.
