Commercial construction permits filed with the city and county of Denver show that a Culver’s is coming to Green Valley Ranch. The QSR chain is building a location at 5035 Tower Rd., according to documents.
A permit for a final agency inspection was filed last week and is listed as “in progress”. Records show that architectural, electrical, structural, and plumbing reviews were done in August.
The total construction valuation for the project is $1,610,000. Campbell Construction is the contractor for the location, and Hayden Geis with JAG LLC Culver’s will be the franchise owner.
Growing from a family-owned company that started in Wisconsin, the chain has over 900 restaurants nationwide. Culver’s is best known for its frozen custard, cheese curds, and ButterBurgers.
