Coming to the former Oskar Blues space in Boulder is a new eatery with a currently undisclosed name. According to Biz West, a burgers and cocktails spot is taking over at 921 Pearl St.

The owner of popular restaurants Oak at Fourteenth and Corrida, Bryan Dayton, applied for permits for this new space. Altogether the new property is 3,420 square feet and will be split as a half restaurant/half bar with patios.

Real estate data shows that the turn-key property, two blocks west of the Pearl Street Mall, has “exposure to 62,152 pedestrians” per week. It came with existing furnishings and kitchen equipment.

The restaurant will have 78 seats inside and 16 outdoor, while the bar will have 45 seats and 16 outside. They will share a back-of-house area. The concept will be open daily from 11 AM to midnight, city records show.
