Permits filed with the city and county of Denver show that Dunkin’ wants to build a new freestanding drive-thru only building. The coffee shop will be located at 3427 Colorado Blvd., on the border of the Clayton and Park Hill neighborhoods.

Records state that the structure itself, which will have no customer access, will be 600 square feet. It will be built on a 10,877 lot with a drive-thru, and the curb will be “widened to accommodate commercial access.”

A concept plan was submitted to the city in August and its status is currently listed as “review in progress”. ethos architecture is listed as the richest firm on the permits.

This location will be run by franchisee George Hart, who operates 11 Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins stores in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. He told franchising.com he hopes to own over 100 stores in the next decade. Hart also previously served on the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce.
