A Mexican restaurant in Downtown Greeley is expanding to a second location in Windsor, according to a report from 94.3 The X. Luna’s Tacos and Tequila will be coming to the space at 1246 Automation Dr. sometime in 2024.

The chain started in 2018 and is a scratch kitchen and bar concept. Luna’s serves Mexican food with a modern twist, as well as tequila, mezcal, and agave cocktails.

This new location is taking over the old Howlers & Growlers space, right off CO-257. It is a dual-level property with two bars and a rooftop patio area with views of the Front Range. The company posted hiring ads for the establishment.

Luna’s Tacos and Tequila is owned by Samantha Corliss, Brian Seifried, and Ely Corliss. They have extensive combined experience in hospitality, restaurant ownership, and bartending.
