Rapidly growing chain The Boil Daddy’s latest new store signing is for a location in Aurora, according to Restaurant News. The franchise will be opening an establishment at a currently undisclosed address in the city, recent reports say.

The Boil Daddy was founded three years ago and has quickly grown into a successful, scaling brand. It has over two dozen iterations either open or coming in Colorado, Texas, California, Georgia, Florida, Arizona, and Oregon.

“Our goal is to be the name that people think of when they think of Cajun seafood boil. We are working to reach around 100 locations by the end of next year and I believe that we are well on our way,” founder Jun Cho was quoted as saying in the article.

The menu at The Boil Daddy is a list of mouthwatering Cajun options: fried oysters, mussels, crab legs, lobster, and more. Locations offer delivery and carry-out as well.
