According to 94.3 The X, the Fort Collins location of Original Pancake House is moving. The new address for the eatery will be 1402 E Harmony Rd., and the move will take place soon.

The move will relocate the restaurant to two miles down the road, taking over the empty shell of what used to be The Village Inn. For the last 10 years, the Original Pancake House has been in its current space.

Reports say the move should likely happen in February or March of next year. It is not clear how much construction work will need to be done to get the property ready for business, as the company did not return requests for comment.

Franchisees Danny and Nannette Park made the decision to relocate because the freestanding building became available for lease, they told The Coloradoan. The new spit will triple how many parking spaces they have, and have an additional 900 square feet of dining space.
