A new soup concept will be opening at Boulder’s Hilltop Plaza building. SoupSmith is taking over 1310 College Ave Ste #230 soon, according to leasing data found online.

SoupSmith will offer made-from-scratch favorites like clam chowder, tomato, broccoli cheddar, chicken soup, and more. There are also sides available, including grilled cheese, baked rolls, cookies, and brownies. The concept also sells merchandise: t-shirts, hoodies, and hats.

The company is the creation of Graham Smith, a CU Boulder graduate. It is taking over the old Gurkhas On The Hill shell, which is a fully built-out 1,590-square-foot space on the second level.

Hilltop Plaza is a mixed-use building right on the corner in the center of Boulder’s vibrant student neighborhood. Other food concepts at the property include Bento-ria, Thai Avenue, Boulder Burger, and Seoul Kitchen.
