Blue Star Group will be adding another gastronomic concept soon at The Well in Colorado Springs. The hospitality brand is set to introduce an unnamed restaurant at the 315 E Pikes Peak Ave. food hall, Springs Mag reports.

While a name for the eatery has yet to be announced, a marketing consultant with Blue Star Group told What Now Denver the concept will have “crave-able classics – burgers, chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, etc.”. The hospitality company has been known in the area for over 25 years for its quality local restaurants.

Established in 1995, its collection includes restaurants like Ivywild Kitchen, Decent Pizza, Lazo Empanadas, Principal’s Office, Gold Star Bakery, Stellina Pizza Cafe, and the newly-revived La’ua’s Taco Shop.

“Establishing this connection with Blue Star Group aligns seamlessly with The Well’s evolution as we approach our third year of operation,” Operational Partner Justin Anderson was quoted as saying.
