The restauranteur pair behind Odyssey Italian Restaurant will open a new business soon in City Park West, according to a tip sent to What Now Denver. Ollie & Parks comes from Jason Alfonso and wife Hallie Thomas.

Coming to 1210 E 17th Ave, the restaurant will be a unique tapas-style concept with worldly menu options. The eatery will have lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch service, with sandwiches, salads, and small plates.

Ollie & Parks is coined after two of Alfonso and Thomas’ children. The duo have operated seven restaurants together. In addition to Odyssey, they also own Pickled in Florida.

The location for the eatery is on a popular strip with several restaurants, including Hamburger Mary’s, Olive & Finch, and Alpine Dog Brewery.
