Breakfast and lunch spot New Day Cafe is gearing up to unveil its newest location in Colorado Springs. The business will be opening an eatery in the Northgate Plaza center, at 13375 Voyager Pkwy #110, according to a company spokesperson.

Kaylei Barnett told What Now Denver that permitting is currently in progress and the business is still a few months out from construction. The family-owned establishment will be taking over for the now-closed Decadent.

This new location will feature the same classic menu as the Rockrimmon restaurant: eggs, omelets, french toast, Belgian waffles, and pancakes, as well as wraps, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and specialty dishes.

New Day Cafe was founded in 2013 when the first location opened its doors. Situated at 5901 Delmonico Drive, the establishment quickly became a local favorite. That locale is open daily from 7 AM to 2 PM.
